Thoughts
Jean Brophy has been a very significant person in my life for over half a century. While we live far apart, our families have always been close. I was named after her. A thought about Auntie Jean always puts a smile on my face. I treasure the times we spent together and have so many fond memories, gathered over the years. She was loving, caring, thoughtful, intelligent and always ready to lend a helping hand. Auntie Jean had a wonderful sense of humour and she was a riot to be around, never a dull moment… We sure had some laughs. Her beauty ran deep into her soul. I love her and will deeply miss her presence on our earth. I am relieved that she has found peace and feel blessed that I had the privilege to share in her life.
